After recently confirming the entry in the Indian smartphone market, the security specialist turned smartphone maker Qiku has officially launched Qiku Terra 808 smartphone in India. The smartphone will be available for purchase through Q-invite system from December 5th exclusively online via Gadgets360 priced at Rs. 19,999. It can also be purchased through open sale but will cost higher at Rs. 21,999.



Regarding specs, the Qiku Terra 808 flaunts a phablet-sized 6-inch (1080×1920 pixels) Full-HD display with 2.5D arc glass and Gorilla Glass 3 protection on top of it. The device comes equipped with Snapdragon 808 64-bit hexa-core processor clocked at 2.0 GHz paired with Adreno 430 GPU and 3GB RAM. It has 16GB of built-in storage that can be further expanded using a microSD card slot upto 128GB.

The main highlight of the smartphone is the 13MP dual rear cameras. The company calls it as Duoscopic cameras that include a Black & White sensor and the other is a Colored sensor. The rear camera has dual-tone LED flash, can focus in just 0.1 sec and also supports 4K video recording. On the front, it comes with an 8MP shooter with FotoNation 4.0 for perfect selfie images. It supports dual sim dual standby with 4G-LTE connectivity and other essential connectivity options like Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS/A-GPS and USB Type-C port.

The smartphone sports premium looks as it is made out of Magnesium Aluminum alloy and also comes with matte finished back panel offering better grip to hold the device. It runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop based 360 OS and also features a fingerprint sensor for enhanced security. The handset comes backed by a 3700mAh battery with quick charge support and is available in Gold and Silver color variants.
