While Chinese smartphone maker, Vivo, is gearing up for the launch of V5 Plus in India on 23 January, we have come across an another Vivo smartphone which is named as Vivo V5 Lite on a eCommerce website named onlymobiles. The Vivo V5 Lite is priced at Rs 15,980 on the website in Crown Gold and Rose Gold colours. However, the company has not announced the launch of the smartphone yet.

As per the listing, the Vivo V5 Lite has a 5.5-inch HD IPS (1280 x 720 pixels) display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It is powered by a 1.5 GHz octa-core Mediatek MT6750 processor, which is paired 3GB of RAM. It comes with 32GB of internal storage and has an expandable storage slot for up to a 128GB micro SD card. The smartphone runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system which is said to be upgradable. It is backed by a 3000 mAh Li-Ion battery.

The Vivo V5 Lite offers a 13-megapixel rear camera. The rear camera features include Normal, Face Beauty, Panorama, HDR, Night, PPT, Professional Photo, Videos, Fast, Slow, Camera Filter, Voice Capture, Touch Capture, Palm Capture, Timer. For selfies and video calls, the phone offers an 16-megapixel front-facing camera. The front camera features are Normal, Face Beauty, Videos, Selfie Softlight, Voice Capture, Touch Capture, Palm Capture, Timer, Gender Detection, Mirrored Selfie. Both the cameras come with LED flash light support.

Besides, the smartphone offers Dual SIM, 4G with VoLTE, Bluetooth, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), WiFi hotspot, a micro USB port, GPS/A-GPS, GLONASS, Accelerometer, Gyro Sensor, Geomagnetic Sensor, Light sensor, and 5 Point Touch. The handset measures 153.8 x 75.5 x 7.6 mm and weighs 155 grams.

To recollect, last year in the month of November, Vivo launched its another selfie focused Vivo V5 smartphone in India at Rs 17,980. The highlight of this smartphone is its 20-megapixel selfie camera, which is accompanied by a moonlight glow LED flash, Sony IMX376 sensor, f/2.0 aperture and 5p lens. On its back, it flaunts a 13-megapixel primary camera with LED flash and Phase Detection AutoFocus (PDAF). Rest of the specifications include a 5.5 inch Full HD (1920 x 1080 resolution) 2.5D curved display with Corning Gorilla Glass protection, 1.5GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750 processor, 4GB RAM, 32GB internal storage which is expandable up-to 128GB, Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS, a 3000 mAh battery, and water-resistant fingerprint sensor. Further, the smartphone offers Hybrid Dual SIM, 4G with VoLTE, WiFi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 4.1, GPS/GLONASS, Accelerometer, Ambient Light Sensor, Proximity Sensor, E-Compass, split screen multitasking, and a Hi-Fi AK4376 Chipset for improved audio performance.
